KingNosa Return & Refund Policy

At KingNosa.com, we stand behind the quality of our hair care products and grooming tools. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Hair care products (such as oils, shampoos, and conditioners) are eligible for return only if they are sealed and unused due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Hair trimmers and other grooming tools must be in new condition with all original accessories.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team at info@kingnosa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used hair products (e.g., oils, shampoos, conditioners)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads or promo bundles (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If this is the case, please email us immediately at kingnosa962@yahoo.com so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
